I couldn't believe the winter blast we were hit with today:
I had an orchestra concert in Webster in the evening, so needless to say it was an adventure getting there on time! However, before that, and in the crazy weather, I stopped at Nathaniel's Corner Store to pick up a couple of Vegan Wednesday dinners that I mentioned here). I had a buffalo seitan sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries, and Christie had a vegan Philly sandwich (made with seitan) with a side of mac salad. They were really good, but I think they would have been even better if it hadn't been so chilly... and I hadn't been late picking them up... but they were still tasty. :)
