... still living simply

My first Project 365 journey, 'Live Simply So That Others May Simply Live', documented from April 7, 2010 to April 6, 2011. After taking a couple of months off I have decided to continue my Project 365 blog for another year. I am entitling this year '... still living simply'.

Thank you for visiting. I hope you will stay a while and enjoy!

Day 348 - March 20, 2011

Love!
Inside Kodak Theatre... waiting for Joshua Bell!
That's Joshua, all in black, with his back to the orchestra.
Notice how the one tall guy is perfectly in line with Joshua... grr!!
A slightly lopsided view of Joshua acknowledging the audience. He played the Bruch Violin Concerto and then played a jazzed up version of Yankee Doodle as an encore. It sounds strange - but trust me! - it was awesome. ;-)
He signed autographs after the concert, but the line was ridiculously long so I just snapped a few photos.
This is the beautiful glass chandelier hanging in the new atrium at Eastman Theatre...
You know me... I had to get a few shots in!
I only had my point and shoot camera so the photos are a little fuzzy, but I figured I shouldn't risk having my fancier camera with me! After the concert Christie, Kim (my orchestra stand-partner) and I  went to the Napa Wood Fired Pizzeria for a nice dinner.
All in all, a great day! :-)
