Aren't lazy weekends the best? I woke up a little early (not by choice - I couldn't sleep!) and made some Pesto Potato Soup with Roasted Pine Nuts to put in the slow cooker for the day.
While it cooked we hung out, went to EcoBella and the coffee shop, and basically just enjoyed each other's company.
We ate the soup around mid-afternoon and it was delicious - perfect for a chilly day!
And we were being goofy...
And messing around with my camera. :)

After we enjoyed our soup we went to the Cinema to see A Marine Story that was offered free of charge through ImageOut. It was amazing - even more so because it is based on a true story. Click here for more info. After being inspired (beyond belief!) we went to Natural Oasis for a nice, quiet meal before venturing to Wegmans to do our weekly grocery shopping.
