Spent ALL DAY in the kitchen (on one of the hottest days of the year) and LOVED it. Started with scrambled tofu and moved on to lemongrass consomme with oyster mushroom and pea shoot dumplings, tomato basil & arugula bruschetta, and blackberry-peach crumble. We cooked for Mom & Dad, and even put them to work creating the dumplings! I had such a great day, and even Grandma got to reap the benefits of our cooking. :)
